This policy explains how billing, subscription charges, cancellations and refunds are handled for Compilo if and when paid plans are offered.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout, such as monthly or yearly. Applicable taxes, duties or transaction charges may be added where required by law or payment processor rules.
Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period. By subscribing, you authorize ongoing charges to your selected payment method until cancellation takes effect.
If a payment fails, is reversed or is not received on time, access to paid features may be limited, suspended or downgraded until the outstanding balance is resolved.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively cancel the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can review it promptly. Filing an improper chargeback may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
Compilo may change pricing, plan limits or billing terms in the future. Material pricing changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated before renewal where required by law.
