This Policy explains what data Compilo collects, why, and what control you have over it.

1. What we collect

• Account info: name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Workspace data: clients, projects, files, revisions, and invoices you add.
• Usage data: basic analytics like pages visited and features used, to improve the product.

2. How we use it

To operate your account, deliver the features you use (uploads, invoicing, notifications), respond to support requests, and improve Compilo. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Where it's stored

Account and workspace data is stored in our managed database (Supabase/Postgres) with encryption in transit and at rest. Uploaded files are stored in encrypted cloud storage.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run Compilo (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

5. Your rights

• Access or export your data at any time from Settings.
• Correct inaccurate account information yourself, in-app.
• Delete your account and associated data permanently — see Settings → Danger Zone.

6. Cookies

We use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics to understand product usage. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Children's privacy

Compilo is not directed at children under 18 and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll post updates here and, for material changes, notify you by email.
