These Terms govern your use of Compilo ("we," "us," "the Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your region, to use Compilo.

2. Acceptable use

• Don't use Compilo to store or transmit illegal content, malware, or material that infringes someone else's rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Don't use automated tools to create accounts in bulk or scrape data.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the files, client data, and project information you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

4. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel any time from your account settings.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Disclaimers

Compilo is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Compilo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
